CAPABILITY 01
Test and Evaluation
We perform Developmental and Operational T&E planning, execution, and reporting for complex hardware and Agile software developmental programs. Test Planning includes integrating GreenDart’s T&E process into the product development strategy and developing the top-level and detailed test plans. We capture planning and execution results in test products such as the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), Requirements Verification Plans (RVPs), and Requirements Verification Reports (RVRs).
CAPABILITY 02
Verification and Validation (V&V)
We perform risk identification and mitigation, requirements traceability through test execution and results verification. This includes the assessment of developer plans and results for completeness and for completion – where we advise customers on the acceptability of delivered products.
CAPABILITY 03
Cybersecurity Assessments / Resiliency
For cybersecurity assessments/resiliency we implement a technique known as Cyber Table Top (CTT) evaluations. For a CTT assessment, we generate actionable information on high priority/high mission impact cyber threats, perform analysis for the system survivability, assess Security Standards and Compliance, define specific high-value follow-on analysis and testing to verify and quantify actual risks, and provide the Program Manager, engineering, and test teams opportunities for risk reduction throughout the lifecycle. Our focus is to reduce the likelihood and cost of cyber vulnerabilities discovered during test and deployment.
CAPABILITY 04
Data Analytics
We develop and apply predictive and cognitive analytical models and tools to drive our T&E and V&V programs. Specifically, we assess data integrity for sources, content, and pedigree; identify and develop tools and methodologies that align with domain, statistical, and gap requirements; and assess performance objectives.
CAPABILITY 05
System Engineering and Integration
We deliver SE&I Execution (Requirements Traceability, Planning, and Architecture Development and Control, Enterprise Impact Monitoring, Risk Assessment, etc.), SE&I Controls (Configuration and Data Management, Integrated Master Schedule, etc.), and SE&I Enterprise Integration (Road Shows, etc.) services.
